I miss the expos. That was a good video. And I remember pedro saying that after boston won, always thought it was cool.

Nice video.

Being a former Washington Senators fan as a youth, I can identify with the Expo's fans loss of a team. You never quite get over it.

It's a shame that the Expos were not better embraced, as they had a lot of great talent go through their organization.

I don't miss the ugly field and the ugly hats though.

Aw man I teared up watching this. Im a loyal Jays fan but I have a warm spot for the expos. Still hate that they didnt get a chance for the series in 94. If they won they would probably still be around.

I guarantee they'd still be around if they had the chance to/won it all in 94.

The problem was the fanbase was awful towards the end. It was basically what the Marlins situation is now (and has been for a while). If more fans cared about the team it would still be around today.

I understand it's hard to go to games when the team sucks but the turnout was just pathetic in their final seasons.

Can't argue with that, but I know a pretty big chunk of the fanbase gave up after the lockout because they felt screwed by the MLB and with good reason.

They alienated a lot of anglophone fans by skewing their marketing and image towards the french community. Amazing player development though.

I was at the last Expos game ever. I bet on Montreal winning because I thought the crowd would inspire the team. They lost 11-3 or something.
