Salary Cap, Yay or Nay?

I doubt one will come to the MLB soon, bu I was thinking about it. I know this is a dumb question, since who wouldn't want the playing field to be fair? But, I'd like to hear some of ya opinions on this, I think it would be great for baseball, since teams like the Royals can keep their players. Sure Revenue Sharing gives money to the small market teams, but let's face it's bs. Some owners pocket the money instead, even with RS, a team like the Yanks can outspend the small-market teams. With that said, a cap in baseball, yay or nay?

It can't happen.
But in a perfect world there would be some sort of cap.
I don't wish for it, because it's not on the radar.

Well the CBA ends next year, so it's possible. I doubt the power teams(Yanks, Sox, Mets, Cubs, etc) will agree if a cap is in the new CBA, but it's certainty possible. However, a prospect wage scale would have to be introduced, and we probably wouldn't see a cap until ten years the latest(because of crazy Boras contracts).

Nay. There needs to be a salary floor and a diffrent luxury tax/dispension plan, though.

salary cap levels the playing field but how much will it impact the team finances?
