It's going to be the same guys, Halladay, Lee, Hernandez, Lincecum, Sabathia.

Wainwright and Carpenter are always going to be in the dicussion.

Price while still a great pitcher, I don't think is up there yet.

If Jon Lester can figure out how not to have an ERA of 8.00 every April I think he could make a run as best pitcher tho. I don't think something like 20-6 with a 2.80 ERA/1.15 WHIP is out of the question. His numbers have gotten progressively better every year.

IMO, It's Hallaaday #1, then arguably anyone I previously mentioned #2

He was great last year. But I'd like to see him do it again, and not pull a Grienke.

1. Halladay
2. Lee
3. Felix
4. Lincicum
5. Price

( i also think Beckett will make a strong comback this year along with Lester being a monster in the Sox rotation )

"STILL" going to be Halladay?

Felix Hernandez was the best pitcher in baseball last season. That's a fact. He'll (hopefully) be so again this upcoming season.

I expect Garza and Grienke to have a jump in numbers due to the AL to NL switch, let alone the move to the Central. Cliff Lee will be back at the top again too.

I'm going to go with Francisco Liriano in the AL and Josh Johnson in the NL.

No question in my mind that the number 1 SP this upcoming season will be Roy Halladay again..

Interesting choices. I hope you are right, on the latter.

Halladay goes without saying. Felix should be in the mix too. I'm expecting dropoffs from Lee and Sabbathia.

One wildcard I'll throw in the mix (being the Jays homer that I am) is Brandon Morrow. This guy struck out 178 in 146 IP last year, and coming off a full season as a starter I'm expecting yet more improvement this year. He could challenge the big boys in K's this season...

“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Liriano will probably do well, but not #1.

Cliff Lee and Felix Hernandez will be top 2 IMO.
