Giants Fan May Have Brian Damage...

Post#1 » by tsherkin » Wed Apr 6, 2011 12:05 am

I posted this mostly because I'm amused with the Wiretap headline...

It's not actually a funny matter, the fan discussed may have brain damage from a beating incurred after a game.

But the headline was amusing because of the error.

It's one thing to do a little trash talking at a game, it's something else entirely to fail as a human being.
Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity over humanity, nothing exceeds most of the criticisms made on the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well-warmed, and well-fed.

Baseball is suppose to bring people together with friendly trash talking. Not beating a person down and changing the rest of their life.

Really is stupid and sickening...congrats, this guy is going to have hard time thinking for the rest of his life. Fair?

Apparently Dodger stadium isn't a very safe place.

How tragic and wasteful
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability

Lincecum donated 25k to the guy. The Giants and Dodgers also raised a ton of cash. Glad to see both organizations pull together for him.
