Damn right. He didn't look juiced up, his numbers were typical of his whole career, no 65 homeruns etc. Congrats! Had never tested dirty in minors or majors.

First time in MLB testing history a player has successfuly appealed from a supposedly dirty steroid test. Ryan demanded another test as soon as he learned of a dirty test, claiming it was bs and the second test was absolutely clean. The initial test showed steroids at such a record high level and certainly would have shown up in the second test a couple weeks later.
