I wish Ausmus would come back to Houston, but it's nice to see him getting a chance to manage in Detroit. I always really liked him as an Astro.

I expect he will do quite well, and it doesn't hurt that he has so much talent to work with.

Kemp was bionic...indestructible until the 2012 season.
Now we can't keep him on the field.

horrible contract...and worse, he sucks on defense...so when he comes back and isn't hitting and striking out, he's one of the worst players in baseball.

April 2013 spelled the end of Ellsbury iirc. We've known ellsburys been gone for years with Boras.

Nats are interested in Price and Scherzer. Can't see us getting either one, and Rizzo never shows his hand, so the fact that there are rumors we're interested in them likely means we aren't really going after them at all. The thought of Price or Scherzer in a rotation with Stras, Gonzalez, and Zimmermann gives me wood though.
