I don't really have anything positive to say here... I just really wish the Sawx weren't going to win this.

I hope Wacha Flacha Flame can get the W tomorrow night, but I don't see this Sawx team losing again, especially at Fenway, even more especially since they haven't clinched a WS at home since the year the curse began.

As a Sox fan I'm obviously very happy to be up 3-2 while getting to play in Fenway. But I will say that Game 7 scares me; mostly because Jake Peavy is the guy with the ball to start it. He did a pretty good job in Game 3 of keeping the damage to a minimum, but he still scares me.

Wacha tonight is a huge hurdle, but I will say this Sox team has done a great job this season when they get to see a pitcher for a second time. Plus Fenway is going to be ape **** crazy tonight and that's going to put a ton on a 22 year old guy.

My prediction Sox take the game 4 to 1 and I expect a big hit coming from Bogaerts.

Is it 8 yet?

Poor Wacha Flacha Flame. He'll be back, he's got a bright future.

Congrats to the Sawx fans around here. Just, ya know, don't make this a habit.

Cards seems to have 0 power in the lineup. Even when they get a hit, its just a single.

Yeah I'm sure fans are on the edge of the seats to see that whiny bitch Crawford win and team that is not afraid to try and buy a title.

I can understand wanting your team to win. But I don't see how fans can't like this team and story from this team. From worst to first and the tragedy on marathon Monday. As a Boston fan this has been one of my favorite years to follow this team. Boston Strong

Even as a Yankee fan, I have respect for this team. I still don't like the fact that they won, but it's hard for me to be mad.

With that said, Boston needs to stop winning/going to championships as a whole. Give the balance if power back to the NY/NJ area. 8-)

Being a Yankees fan I fully understand not wanting the Red Sox to win regardless of the story behind the team.

I'd like to see Boston hang on to the balance of power for alittle while longer:)

Oh yea quiet ass Crawford is def one of the more annoying players in the MLB.

A regular Ozzie Guillen with the mouth and Puig with his antics...don't forget his problems off the field.
*roll eyes*

Giants
Angels
Yankees
Sox

I hate all 4. I don't care if they win with a team full of quadriplegics (sp?).

My issue with Crawford is of course the fact he was an injury prone player with the Red Sox. Who used every excuse possible besides himself as the reason he sucked in Boston. Then once he left he proceeds to keep talking about Boston. So yes in my book the guy is a bitch.

As for Puig I love watching him play. Sure he's borderline arrogant but he plays the game hard. Minus Crawford is have no problems with the dodgers winning next year. Gonzalez was class guy in Boston and I thought Beckett was used as a scapegoat for the 11 season.

you guys didn't treat him properly.

he didn't just suck....he was injured. He wasn't treated like he was injured. He was treated like he just flat outsucked when you gave him the money.

Carl Pavano didn't get treated that poorly.
as far as i know, he hasn't made an excuse...he's just said the way he was treated by the media and fans was bad.
well....if you have to get called a racial slur in 2011 at a rehab game...you probably have a point.

he's classy and a gentleman.
he doesn't like your city's treatment of him.
nothing to talk about. nothing to be upset over.

Even when healthy Crawford sucked, sorry the guy has thin skin. No excuse for one "fan" to use a racial slur, but we ar not ttalking about a constant issue. If one guy called him a name and it effected his play that badly that says a lot about Crawford. All I wanted as a Sox fan from Crawford was admitting he didn't play well and not blame fans and media for his play. In the end I'm just happy he's gone and I thank the Dodgers for helping out.

I'm assuming by Pavano you mean Beckett. Yes josh got a bad rep here and took way too much of the blame for 2011. Sure he played a role but he was viewed as a cancer that was casting a dark cloud over Lester and Buchholz.

As for Ortiz in my view I have no idea what he failed. His name came out on an anonymous test for a drug that has never been said. Despite Ortiz asking to share what he failed they did not. Would I view Ortiz different if I knew for a fact what he took I sure would. But I'm also not naive enough to think he's the only one on the Sox or any other MLB team that has used a banned substance.
