http://wapc.mlb.com/nyy/play/?content_i ... =undefinedcalled a FC, but it was caught
so if the call was reversed on replay, where would the runners end up?

Reminds me of Detroit v. Boston this year. One of the Bosox caught a deep fly ball, clearly caught it, but dropped it on the exchange from glove to hand, ump decides he didn't catch it.
But in the case of this play, I think they would review, see the catch was made, and if the runners didn't tag up they'd remain on their base (with the exception of the homie who was tagged at second, he was out).

Batter is out, look at the replay to see where the runner on 3rd was when the runner on 2nd was tagged out. If a runner was tagged out before the runner on 3rd scores, it's 3 outs and no runs score. If the runner on 3rd touched home plate before another runner was tagged out the run counts but it's still 3 outs.
