I think they mean code of conduct rules.

Ground Rules, they are discussed before every game. For example what happens if a ball hits the roof, gets lost behind the tarp...stuff like that

Like at Wrigley, the vines rule. If a ball gets lost in the vines, you can throw your hands up and it'll be a ground rule double. However, if you make any attempt to find the ball yourself, it becomes a live ball and you must retrieve it (this is when things get humorous). Baserunner is encouraged to keep running, because if the ump heads out there and sees that the ball is in plain sight, he can rule that the ball is still live and the baserunner is awarded whichever base they're currently on.

Most of the MLB team sites post their ground rules in the stadium section of the site.

Yup, when coaches meet with the umps at home plate to exchange lineup cards....they'll talk ground rules, and in the case of the Yanks/Sox after Friday night, probably explain that throwing at hitters will not be tolerated.

Fenway Park has 9 rules, one for each of the inninngs is assume. Typical Stuff: No running onto the field, no smoking, no alcohol after the 7th inninng, etc..
