Where Will Bonds end up Next Year?

Bonds isn't going anywhere this year. He wants to break the record at home in San Fransisco were everyone loves him. He did say he will play next year and I think by that time the Giants will be ready to move on. The team that would make sense for Bonds to go to in the AL and DH is the Oakland A's, but they never spend money. Of course the Yankees could afford him, they have taken in roiders before, but i don't know if even Yankee fans could like Bonds. My wild card team to win the Bond's sweepstakes: The Baltimore Oriole's. The ownership is a joke, and they throw money around like crazy. Whats another ring to them in their already hilarious circus?

The Angles could use him, he likes LA. If they don't win the series this year, i'd say they would/ should be very interested in Bonds services.
If the money is right, perfect match. If not, i'd say on his own island somewhere in greece.

He'll want to go somewhere to win a World Series - if he leaves the Giants.
So count Baltimore out.

I'm guessing San Fran or no where, although I'd love him to be a Cardinal, but that won't happen. It really all depends on what kind of money he wants.

Going to the Yankees would be scary. Put him ahead of A-Rod in the batting order and the pitchers will have no choice but to pitch to him.

A-Rod might not be back in NY next year, so the Yankees will have to find a way to replace his bat. Bonds might work.

Bonds will stay in SF. May he consider retirement if he beats Aaron this year?

Posey, I personally would love to see Bonds Retire a Giant. Reality of that happening though, i would put at less than 1 in 3. The only reason they would choose to re-sign him is to put butts in the seats. Sometime soon the Giants are due for a frame off restoration. I fear a mass exodus of paying spectators, including me, once Barry calls it quits or goes down the road.
I believe that Bonds has as much or more to offer than most of the DH's playing right now. His future is no doubt best suited as a DH who can play in the field if needed.
If Barry chooses to continue playing, my guess, it will be on a team with world series potential and 15 million in their pocket. Angel's, Texas, A's, & Yank's, all good picks.
