Where to next for the MLB? (Hypothetically)

What state should MLB go to next? In another forum we talked about that every city should have a team, where do you think it would be the most productive? Productive meaning fans show up, players want to play, money on both ends work for players and owners?

And the obvious question would be why it would work out?

Please feel free to throw out other states if the one listed aren't what you want. However, please respond to the poll.

I think Indiana and North Carolina would be great states to have baseball teams. I think Charolette, North Carolina would be a great place to have a pro baseball team, so my vote is for NC

My feeling is that due to the other pro-sports teams in Indiana and N.C. baseball would certainly do well in these areas. The only problem I see with some of the other states is a large enough fan base to fill the new team's stadium.

Portland could use a team. They love baseball up there and it'd give the Mariners a geographical rival.

There are too many teams as is. But there shoulda been a team in Vegas already. Take the teams away from DC & Florida for starters. They don't sell out for them. The most votes are for Carolina :o Maybe that's better than hockey in Carolina.
