I always liked him,
From not wearing batting gloves, to his trademark huge wad of chew in his mouth all game, to his getting livid with Steve Bartman, he was always one of my favorite players on the Cubs.
Now I see he's found the fountain of youth and hit in 30 straight games, and I just wanted to acknowledge it with a thread!

It's not like Moises ever really dropped off the map hitting-wise... he's just had problems staying healthy, which is understandable with a 41-year-old. But he's playing at the moment, and is therefore being his good old productive self.

Longest NY baseball hit streak Joe D's 56 games.

Too bad he didn't start the streak earlier. It's going to be hard fo him to continue the streak after months off of hitting in a real game.
