bluejays are stuck in a division with the 2 teams who spend the most money, so how does everyone think they would do if they were in the national league?

I don't think money is the reason why the blue jays are unsuccessfully in the American league, i think the way they spend money is the issue, the blue jays pay A class type of money for B class players, mainly because great American players they rather stay in the USA while getting paid the some amount of money.

to answer your question i think they will be very good team if not
the best team in national league.

Why does it matter? Yes we know the AL is better then the NL. but i don't think the Jays are that good. One their offense isn't very good. Second their pitchers never stay healthy.
