I wish Howie Kendrick was on the list. lol

But seriously though I'd have to choose Robinson Cano simply because he can hit for a high average and play good defense.

Cano or Pedroia or Kelly Johnson. I can't decide.

Not Howie Kendrick.

Yeah, I agree. Chase Utley is the second best second baseman behind Chase Utley

Wait until Sean Rodriguez moves to second base. He'll be #3 behind Howie Kendrick.

B.J. Upton!

But since he doesn't play 2B anymore, I'd say Cano or Kendrick.

Rodriguez already moved to second base.
You just don't like Kendrick cause he doesn't walk. Dude's going to hit .400 at least one full season in his career.

Yeah I agree. He is the ideal number 2 hitter and is only going to get better.

Kendrick has the potential but as of now he needs to show me that he can stay healthy for a full season and maintain his average. Cano is a great hitter and is decent with the glove, but when will he learn how to hit in the first half of the season?

Man, I'd love to see a singles-hitting derby at the All-Star Game between Howie Kendrick, Freddy Sanchez, and Placido Polanco. That would incredible drama.

Anyhoo, it's probably Utley, then Cano, and then I'm going to homer it up by pretending that Aaron Hill will ever develop some semblance of plate discipline, and stick him somewhere around 6th.
