are the umps out to get Milton Bradley?

Post#1 » by Pharmcat » Wed Mar 24, 2010 10:51 pm

what ya guys think? he got ejected twice in spring training games for questioning balls and strikes, I didnt see much arguing from milton, + its spring training and they still threw him out

so are the refs out to get him or are these 2 incidents just minor blurs in the big picture?

JMO, but I think Milton Bradley is out to get Milton Bradley.

after following him for an entire season as a ranger, i can definitely say he gets the short end of the stick a lot of times. he also has one of the best strike zone judgements ive ever seen and often times when he had an argument with an ump he was right

i too believe he gets the short end of stick...granted hes had some bad mistakes himself, it just seems to me some people are out to get him....I mean dropping the bat on strike 3 gets you tossed in ST? come on, at worst give him a ear to show you dont like it, but dont run him out like that. b/c now he has even a worse perception of the umps

His entire career has set a precedent with umpires that hopefully won't be tolerated anymore, even in spring training.

The guy is a jerk.

I've never questioned his talent.....only his health, attitude, and judgment.
