You should never leave the game in the hand of the refs, but yikes... Three key plays for the Commanders really tilted the game for the Giants.
-Offensive PI on Jahan Dotson which negated a successful 2 point conversion (which even Phil Sims said was a horrible call). This led Washington to call on Joey Slye on a backed up XPA which he missed.
-The most egregious one IMO... Illegal formation on Terry after he asked the ref if he was lined up safely, ref gives him the okay, then throws a flag on him. Definitely had me sporting a tin foil hat. TD taken off the board and backed up from the 1 to the 6.
- The no call PI on the final play of the game. Dude was hugging Samuel well before the ball was even close to getting there.
The Giants were gifted the game, but coming off a bye... The Commanders should of never let it be this close. Very disappointing game.
