Otherwise NFL has more parity than other sports. You don't see as many last-to-first seasons in other sports as you do in NFL. Recent years Commanders, Texans, Bengals made deep playoff runs despite having one of the worst records the previous year.
Yeah financially speaking, the NFL is on more level ground because of the huge TV contract. EVERY NFL team can make money, even if they didn't sell a single game ticket or jersey. They have a hard cap and they can cycle through dozens of players a year, on rookie deals who can have impact, even on special teams.
QB does separate the great teams from the average though, so the teams which have top 10 QBs are going to be able to contend.
Now, all teams rely on players, including QBs, to be key starters on their rookie contracts. They need a constant influx of talent because aside from the QB and maybe one dominant WR or edge rusher, most other players are fungible.
The NBA, an All-NBA player can have greater impact in a game as one of the 5 players out on a team. Maybe not quite to the extent that a franchise QB can raise his team but getting there. NBA rookies can have impact but they're not going to be the equivalent of a 4th or 5th round pick who becomes a solid starter right away.
Adam Silver has openly envied the parity in the NFL, trying to recreate it in the NBA with his CBA and the Aprons. The difficult thing for the NBA is that the TV money isn't as lucrative and ratings are tenuous. So there's an inherent bias towards large market teams or stars who attract huge TV audiences.
Baseball doesn't even pretend to aim for parity. Biggest, richest teams will dominate but the nature of the sport is that a dominant pitcher and a hot batter can carry teams, even underdogs to titles because a few runs can determine a whole series.
Hockey is similar to baseball because of the low scoring though they have a salary cap. But a few goals or hot goalie have dominated playoffs series.
