You don't like the 49ers?

Long list but I think only Greenlaw and Moore they might miss.

Ward?
Also that’s a lot of depth.

Yeah, but what did the 49ers in last season was they were missing several key players and the depth didn't help them then.
They'll improve just from not having so many injuries and I also expect improvement from them having Saleh back as DC.
They went to the NFCCG from 2021-23 but one injury-riddled season and suddenly the Rams are the team to beat in the NFC West?

Re: NFC West
Niners got a lot of comp picks from some of those deals too. Depth isn't depth when they are old and injured.
Not sure who is the team to beat but Niners will have one of the easiest schedules.

Nope. IMO their window has closed. I see them resetting and re-tooling the next two years.

Resetting and retooling are two different things.

Sam Darnold credits his success last year to being inspired by the greatness of Brock Purdy:

By the way, why did you guys get rid of Metcalf? Was it the contract or more to it?

Metcalf wanted a big pay day. The team was reluctant to give him more than $30 million per year. He also wanted to go to Pittsburgh because of Tomlin.

Same guy thought Jalen Hurts wasn't even a top 32 QB in the league.
