I'm not a Darnold Stan. But most educated football fans will say that Darnold had a better season. The playoff game performance was the outlier which skewed things pretty dramatically.

PFF is not right 100% of the time. But typically they are in the ballpark as far as their grading is concerned.

Not everyone listens to PFF. As I stated, I just did a simple google search and that’s what came up. Believe who you want.

Not everyone listens to Google.

You tend to have an optimistic outlook when it comes to the Cowboys. My job is to challenge that. Sometimes, things might not be as rosy as we think.

That’s why I said believe who you want.

lol tbf prior to week 18, Darnold was in the MVP conversation. Although it was never his to win.

He played like **** in the two most important games of the season. That's not a QB I'd want to have.

Dak was in the MVP conversation a couple of times as well but he always regresses come playoff time.

Again, I'm not a huge Darnold guy. I don't think he'll be as successful outside of Minnesota. It's clear he has a ceiling.

But he did have a very good regular season. Put up better stats than Purdy.

As much as I'm a fan of Mike Macdonald. I think he's one of the better defensive minds around. However, I think they do have a ceiling because of Darnold. He is somewhat limited as a player & has obvious flaws. So, if this team is going to have success, it will be led by the defense.

Looks like Aden Durde is trying to recruit his former players. Johnathan Hankins, Tank Lawrence, and Micah?

If Macdonald could somehow get his hands on Parsons, there might be a new GOAT defense to add to the list.

Byron Murphy and three 1st round picks would likely get that done.

Seems like a discount.

Plus the free weekly pod cast should make the Sea Chickens way more relevant.

They're in a pretty good situation cap wise. I think if a player like Micah was available for the right price, they would certainly entertain the idea. But ultimately the price to acquire him would be too much.

I could care less about his podcast. I just think he would be a fun watch with a coach like Macdonald in his scheme.

It’s going to be interesting to see how Eberflus uses Micah. I expect he will still have Micah moving around the line (find the weakest guy and attack him) but how else will they use Micah.

The Hawks don't really have a true difference maker as an edge rusher. But they we're still near the top of the league in generating pressure mainly due to the scheme. Obviously, adding a guy like Parsons would take things to a different level.

They have guys like Leonard Williams, Byron Murphy & Jarran Reed in the middle of the defense. But they don't have a double digit sack guy on the edge.

There’s a chance the Cowboys have a couple of those 10+ sack edge guys. Well that depends on Eberflus so we’ll see.
