Well yes, of course. I don’t think anybody in their right mind can claim that the Yankees have been a more successful franchise while that kid was alive unless they are biased or have some weird alternative agenda.

Good. Now try and remember your post when we discuss the cowboys and eagles as franchises.

No doubt. No doubt. Yes I agree, the eagles are a FAR BETTER franchise than the cowboys for the last 30ish years. The 30ish years before that it was the other way around. I never denied that but I think you are implying I did for some reason…?

And when we put those 60 years together?
That’s what’s important.

Yes! Of course! When you put those two together you have 1 franchise that was better in a 30 year span and another that was better in a 30 year span!!!!!!! I am so glad to live in the era where MY TEAM has been more successful!!!!!

I would hate to only be able to talk about sports that I never got to witness for myself before I was even born, would feel very weird.

I understand why you are scared to directly answer the question. But I will try again.
Who is the better franchise when you add the 60 years together?

No, these still count, but you asked how long Eagles fans had to wait for another championship: 7 years from the last one.

Yea you waited like 60 years.

I wasn't even alive for most of those years.

I was like 8 the last time they won. But it felt fairly insignificant to me at the time as a young neutral fan.

I vaguely remember Neil O'Donnell as a player. But I have no memory of that Super Bowl or what led to it. That's how long it's been.

Just 60 years. Cowboys didn't join the NFL till 1960. Egals been in the league since 1933. You would think with a 27 years head start the Cowboys would be getting their butts kicked in so many categories.

Bull crap and horse pucky. You've hated the Cowboys since I joined Realgm 11 years ago. You only like me because I bash them as they have always sucked since.

No..lol The key point here that you are missing is that I would hate to ONLY be able to talk about those sport events that I never got to witness. I would like to actually visualize and experience some new legendary moments for myself too, that’s the whole point.

Lolllll ok man. That sounds a little too sexual for me, as long as both of you consent, that’s all that matters.
