He's a massive upgrade over Minshew.

Geno has his flaws. But Minshew is a backup. There's a wide gap between the two.

As someone who's likes the Chiefs in the AFC, I'm glad the Raiders chose Geno.

Well, there options we're basically Geno, Darnold, Russ, or Fields. So...

Now that Geno isn't the QB for Seattle you are finally noticing his flaws.

Well, the fans who watch him on a weekly basis can see the bigger picture. Yes, he has flaws. But the guy is hell of a lot better than any QB the Raiders have had recently.

Geno was put in a really bad situation last year.

The scheme they ran was a college spread offense. He did not have a consistent run game to lean on. They we're the 30th ranked rush team. Which put a ton of pressure on Geno. Thus, he was by far the most pressured QB last season. They we're way too one dimensional & predictable as an offense. Which is why they've hired a new OC (Klint Kubiak) who comes from the Shanahan tree. It's also why they've brought in Darnold as a replacement. Because he knows the scheme.

Believe it or not, Geno actually leads the league in 4th Quarter comebacks since he became a starter in 2022. The guy has been clutch.

If he had Andy Reid as his coach, he'd be in the MVP conversation.

Yes that is the Raiders fans discord users conclusion as well.

Also if by a miracle our D# line stays healthy this season that should be a HUGE difference.

EDIT: And improved online play. I would still like Lockett on a *cheap* deal.

As long as it doesn't keep him out of the playoffs and Super Bowl. He is one of the three starters the Chiefs didn't have for the super bowl that would have made a difference.

Rice would not have changed the outcome of that game lol. Philly dominated the line of scrimmage from the start.

They need their O-line to step it up or there will be more of the same.

Him with the 2 O-lineman that were out would have made a difference. What's wrong with you?

You knew they would make a difference but still bet $2000 on the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl?

What lineman we're they missing? Their Tackles weren't very good all season. They got their butts kicked.

The issues at tackle have been addressed. Chiefs are reloaded and ready to rock. Butt kicking will come from our end this year.
