Simple enough, post who you believe will be the offensive and defensive rookie of the years.

Offensive: Matt Ryan
Defensive: Curtis Lofton

I believe that the Falcons will have both the offensive and defensive rookie of the years. With Lofton you have a man in prime position to make a surplus of tackles. With Ryan you have the QB that will put up some yards and touchdowns, only competition will be McFadden.

It's gonna be tough for a rookie QB to win OROY, even though I like Ryan. I think it will have to be a RB (like it usually is). I'm gonna go with Long on DROY (because he understands the game and has a motor, which means he will be in a lot of plays, plus he has the hype and pedigree).

Offense: I like Matt Ryan to beat out Kevin Smith, Rashard Mendenhall, and James Hardy
Defense: My default answer is Kenny Phillips, but I like Manhattan's argument for Curtis Lofton. Sedrick Ellis and Kendall Langford might have something to say too.
