Trent has lost all the confidence he had at the start of the season. With the way he's been playing today I get the impression that's been watching too much game tape of Brad Johnson.

Did Lee Evans get hurt or something or have the Browns shut him out?

Jaws was right - he could have probably made it from about 59.

How sad was it when Tirico said Wide Right and they zoomed in on Jim Kelly? Tough loss.

The thing that's starting to bug me about MNF now is that the guys in the booth just don't stop talking. I don't think there was any period tonight more than a few seconds where someone wasn't talking. It just wears you down throughout the course of a whole game.

I guess I shouldn't complain though because these guys aren't as bad as previous combinations of commentators, i.e. Dennis Miller and his Methuselah jokes.

Well at the beginning of the year we were winning these games so it's a little different this year. But all in all I'm pretty used to this.

I didn't yell, sigh, grimace at all after this game.

It kinda irked me when Tirico brought up Wide Right before the kick. What's wrong with that guy?

BEAST MODE was on tonight and it was just a matter of time before McKelvin took one all the way. He was getting close during the past couple of games.

He wasn't. I sensed some joy in his voice when he brought it up. I know how Red Sox fans feel when they brought up the Curse of the Bambino during their playoff runs.

oh im not praising the broadcast booths (there are few people that like them, particularly kornheiser) but they've had an incredible game practically every week. even the not so close games have been pretty action packed

Can I just say, I was quite disappointed with the play calling in the end...To not even try and throw the ball once and try and give lindell something easier was too negative for me.

Not surprising coming from Dick Jauron. He's a nice guy but he has no balls.

He actually said during his PC, "We'd like to be 10-0 but we're 5-5 and we'll move from there."

Too bad we gave him an extension at the start of this losing streak. How ironic.
