Something had have happened, consensual or not. Something happened. And, I find it interesting that Ben didn't say I didn't have any sexual relations with her, one bit. He left it to the audience to decide, and it only makes him guilty to some extent, but not to what this lady is accusing him of perhaps....

Ben never said he didn't know this person, either.

Yeah it was pretty obvious that Ben did something with her. Whether he raped her is up for the law to decide.

Her word against his..
They will probably settle out of court before the season starts, 500k is peanuts to him, he'll make millions this yr. Next headline.

If was one of those guys i'd have a tape recorder on me at all time or have sign a consent form or something (unrealistic, just talkin).
seriously though they better be careful their marked men. I can't imagine why guy's like that would have to demand sex from anyone. They would have to be stupid.
Sit back and watch WALL WORK!! >:-)

This seems like a complete BS law suit to me, and I think the lady is just hoping 'big ben' will settle out of court.

While I never liked Ben after his rookie year(and reportedly, neither did his teammates) I think he's innocent. Too many holes in her story.
I'm sorry I haven't been funny. I am not a comedian. I am Lenny Bruce.

All he needs to do is buy a 4 million dollar ring for his better half and win an NBA 'chip for it to be forgotten

When Kobe was accused I just knew he was innocent, in regards to his accusers previous acts and statements.

Big Ben has now entered the court of public opinion.

Wasn't there a report out that his teammates didn't like him? His little act at the ESPY's was an indicator, he acted like he felt obligated to be the team spokesman. His cliched sentence fragments were laughable, especially after Santonio gave a great speech following Bennie's failed attempts of communicating to the fans that it was a team effort. The Steelers players know it's the defense and special teams winning titles, the offense is suitable enough.
