He went to a division rival to stick it in the franchise's face. Packers fans were more than willing to be gracious to Favre when he retired, he decided to not return the favor.

I'd be pissed, too.

Give me a break, he went to the Vikings because it was the best possible situation he could come right into and grab a starting spot. Best back in the league, stout D, deep threats... come on, I'm sure he'd love to beat Green Bay, just like anyone wants to beat their friends when you get picked to go to another team, but he didn't go there just to get at the Packers.

He went there because they were a QB away from being really good and because they play the Packers twice a year. I'm sure he wants another ring, but don't discount playing the Packers twice as being a big part of his decision.
