By the agent's twitter post they are baiting the Browns to trade for him.
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

If the Ravens get a pick higher than the 5th round they used on him then it is a win for them.

I'd like to care....but nah. I mean, he is our back-up and all, so I guess we'll need to find another one but whatever...

You have Beck so you're not exactly going to suffer from losing him.

I actually like Troy Smith, but a backup QB can't make a trade demand in public.

Like I said in this week's scoop column, this is nothing but his agent trying to earn a check and keep a client. I like the angle you presented here though. I didn't even see that at first but it makes complete sense.

Smith does have some value but he's worth more to the Ravens than anything they'd get back.

I'd like him in Houston. Rex Grossman and Chris Brown should be enough.

The Ravens have no incentive to trade him. Who will give up a 3rd or 4th rounder for him? Prob nobody, so he stays in bmore

Remember Billy Volek? He did that back with the Titans five yrs ago. Now he's in SD sittin second seat behind Rivers.

As for Smith, I can see him in with the Rams, Seahawks, or Bucs.
