Poor Donnie Avery

Out for season with torn ACL

He's been putting up some good numbers with the rams in previous years. I really thought this year he was going to have a breakout year with bradford. Hopefully he can come out next year shining.

This opens up things for Mardy Gilyard though.

I haven't really liked him since his ridiculous celebration when his team was getting blown out, but you never want to see any player go down with an injury.

If Avery had a QB that could throw the ball, he'd be one of the better WR's in the league.

Sucks he gets injured when he finally has a QB that actually looks like he can throw the ball.

Sucks...one of the few U. Houston grads in the league.

with bradford at the helm i was thinking that he would finally get the stats that match with his abilities. guess we'll have to wait

Good opportunity for Mardy Gilyard and Laurent Robinson to improve their skills. I still think the Rams should take A.J. Green in the 2011 Draft. (Assuming they are terrible this season, which I believe they will be)

I like the look of the O-line, with Saffold at LT and Smith moving to the right side they look pretty solid. I am real bummed about losing Avery, he is the only real deep threat we have.
