the offense needs to be opened up and he needs to be given that brees/peyton manning type of control, right now he is being handcuffed.

The offense is not as effective, and does not have the TOTAL IMPACT that it should have.

wait until he gets his new toy to play with in santonio hes gonna love him. all us steelers fans miss him.

Apparently other receivers think he's crying wolf too.

The first thing that I thought when I saw Revis grab the hammy was that he was faking it.

And I'm late to the conversation but as a Titan fan I was happy Fisher yanked VY. He was doing his best Matt Moore impression out there.

A WR having a big day on a DB isnt a big deal or even hard. The rules are set up for WR's and QB's, so for a WR to call out Revis isn't a big deal or ballsy in any way. For a DB to shut down an Elite WR is amazing, considering the rules. Revis coming out and talking some smack is great considering the disadvantage he plays with weekly and the fact he can usually back it up.

Looks like Reid got it right and named Vick the starter for week 3.

Hopefully Kolb demands a trade. He'd look awfully nice throwing to Fitz on Sundays... Just saying.

The whole point of trading McNabb was not paying him a new extension and building towards the future, how the hell does playing a 30 year old on his last year of his deal accomplish either of those goals? If they wanted to compete for the Superbowl they should've just kept McNabb

It makes no sense. You trade your franchise GOAT QB, (who w/ Philly this year makes them legit SB contenders) to a divison rival (who makes his new team better than yours) to build around a promising, young QB, then bench him for Vick which kills the confidence of the guy who you went to all this trouble for in the first place.

Is a 2nd round pick worth losing 1 more year of SB contention let alone handing a divison rival your all-pro QB? :dontknow:

I'm not really an Eagles fan so I'm not really bothered about their future, I just thought it makes more sense to start Vick if they want to win more games this season.

And quite frankly Kolb has been overrated by people in Philly who wanted a reason for Mcnabb not to be brought back.
