He played well until those back-to-back pick sixes. I can't blame him though; guy had less than a week to prepare against one of the best defenses in the league.

Just amazing to watch.

Anyone want to make bets that Jackson starts next week?

It's funny how NFL announcers make excuses when Manning, Brady, & sometimes even Favre throw interceptions. Somehow it's never their fault.

Oh man, Vince Young drama yet again.
Young is done for the #Titans this season, injury or not. I don't think he ever plays for Coach Jeff Fisher again.

More .. Young's reply to Fisher, and I'm paraphrasing: "I'm not running out on teammates, I'm running out on you"

More from source: Young stormed out locker room as more words were exchanged with Fisher.

It will be interesting how the VY-Fisher thing plays out. I think Fisher's time in Tennessee is up if he loses that locker room. Not letting VY get back out there was pretty stupid on Fisher's part.

So when do we consider the Bucs to be a legit team in the NFC? I think their D is pretty good, but Freeman is still an unproven quantity when it comes to the playoffs.

yup it's always how the receiver didn't run the route properly, stopped short (when it's overthrown), went too far (when it's underthrown). Another thing is how top tier QBs are always jawing at receivers that drop the ball, yet no one ever calls them divas.

The thing between Fisher and Vince I think started last week at Miami. Young was healthy but instead he started Collins than Collins got hurt so he had to put in Young. I remember reporters asking why he didn't start Vince in the first place. Also I heard from someone who said the reason Vince was upset on the field is because Fisher wouldn't let him go back out there even though they were winning.

Its been well noted that Fisher never wanted Vince as his QB, He wanted to drafted Matt Lienhart instead, But the owner Bud Adams overruled him. So I don't know how this is going to turn out but if Fisher don't want him to be the QB, than Vince needs to go to a team that wants him. The Bengals could use a better QB.(Palmer is done)

I'd say there's a greater possibility of Fisher being forced to resign. The team has struggled this year and Bud loves Vince. Fisher's been there for years and it's probably time for a new change in scenery.

But, I should point out that almost everyone questioned Houston taking Mario Williams and it ended up being the right pick. Bush has had issues, Leinart is a bust, and Young has had a floppy career.

If Young leaves, I think he could have a Vick-like impact on a new team that embraces him. The guy's talented but he's not getting anything accomplished in Nashville.

Wow, Eli.

Tom Coughlin doesn't have an argument, he should know this. Oh geez, he challenged it, and is about to lose an important time-out.

Good for the eagles.

the JETS offensive coordination is a total "handcuff" job on the SANCHIZE, and with zero creativity and imagination in schematically sequencing the playcalls.

late in the game, with a fierce pass rush coming, 2 minutes to go and losing. add the 80 yards needed to march. the OC calls for sanchize to be under center and play action. PLAY ACTION? who the heck is going to believe you are going to run with 2 minutes and 80 yards to go?

line up the shotgun, call out the blitzers, and get drew brees' or peytaon manning' playbook.

Bud Adams will fire Fisher instead of letting VY go for sure. I don't get why Fisher has never given Young the respect that he deserves because VY has saved Fisher's job about 3 times since he arrived in Tennessee and the fact that his boy Matt Leinart has been a complete bust. Hell, Fisher should've been fired when he benched Young in the Pittsburgh game and all the other times he gave excuses not to start Vince Young. It's also disgusting how little the coaches trust Young on offense, apparently he can only dink and dunk but he allows the OC to draw up constant bombs to Statue Collins and Rusty Smith. Hopefully Adams is smart and doesn't fall for the Jeff Fisher hype and realizes he plays Jim Tressell ball but doesn't have the rings or success to fall back on

I don't understand why the Giants would send both corners and their safeties to blitz Vick when Philly was facing a 4th and 1 late. McCoy, Jackson, Jeremy Maclin and Avant are looking like the real deal I would say Philly has a top 5 offense this year and their defense is looking real good with Asante Samuel, Cole and Stewart Bradley all being solid this year hope the Eagles take the Division this year. Great to see the Cowgirls and Giants suck this year. All I can say is get well Ellis Hobbs reports say he's done for the year :(

I wonder how many games Seymour is going to get? I think maybe 2-3 depending on how they feel about it clearly there was some acting by Ben Rothlesburger

SD better bench Rivers for the rest of the 4th. My fantasy team had a comfortable lead and it's probably going to go up in smoke with one more TD.

Eagles have a ton of options offensively, teams just can't match up with their speed and athleticism. Vick creates more match-up problems at QB then any other player in the league, especially if he can continue to make smart decisions and remain accurate. DeSean Jackson is one of the best vertical threats in the game, and is complimented well with Vick who can throw the ball a mile. Celek is a pretty good TE, but his numbers are down this year because he's been forced to play at the line more & help with protection. Avant is a pretty damn good #3 who isn't scared to go across the middle (which is nice for a change, after having to see Pinkson for years). Maclin has turned himself into more of a play-maker this year and really looks like a quality #2. And McCoy looks Westbrook-lite in the Philly offense, versatile RB who can catch the ball in the flat or get 4.5-5 yards a carry. It's a shame they lost Weaver though, because he was a big part of their team last year.

I really like the young talent they're accumulating on the offensive side of the ball. DeSean Jackson is about to turn 24, Brent Celek is 25, Avant is 27, Maclin is 22, McCoy is 22, and Vick himself is only 30.

^^
I agree the loss of weaver was huge.
But I have to give props to owen schmidt..

I think teams that can stop us are 3-4 d's (due to the athleticism of the OLBS's should be able to contain Vick) and two physical corners.

By the way, I also would like to give props to Andy Reid.
I, like most can be critical of the guy. I have also said that Andy Reid team is due 1 brain-fart game a season.

But one thing that he always does well is build a line and have a playbook that is friendly to the QB which helps them succeed and if you have those 2, you always have a chance to put up points.
Why I say this is, I speak to my friend regularly who is a Falcons fan and he told me in the latter years of Vick's time in ATL they tried to predominantly make him a WCO qb. This is not what he is. even this year you see him struggling with accuracy with the intermediate routes.
I always find it funny how the eagles are always called a WCO, but if you have been watching us the last few years, we have been more of a vertical team than anything else.
