Birdman plans to wager $5 million on Super Bowl

Post#1 » by HMFFL » Thu Jan 26, 2012 10:00 pm

The opening sentence on the bio page of Birdman's official website reads: "With all of his elaborate possessions - from jewels to cars and homes; his cash money making ventures- from music to videogames to shoes and clothing; Bryan 'Birdman aka Baby' Williams is poised to continue shining in everything he does."

He once told Forbes magazine he tries to wear $1 million worth of orthodontics and jewelry every day.

He keeps at least that much cash under his mattress.

So, no, it's not surprising that Birdman wants to wager $5 million on the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI.

Not surprised.

Mayweather was betting half a million on regular season games.

The more money that you make, the more you need to bet. Otherwise, you feel nothing.

this is the same guy who had 2 millions on the Miami heat in game 6 against the mavs and then went to the afterparty with the Mavericks players. Dude is an idiot. He'll end up broke, no doubt about it.

Would any legit book take that action?
It's not whether you win or lose, it's how good you look playing the game

Legitimate sports books do take wagers that big. Some bets have even been bigger than that. It all depends on what the manager thinks.

I've had managers reject a $550 straight bet before. It's all based on gut instinct.

I doubt he does it. If any of you are on twitter add him for the hell out of it and let us know if he post a picture of his bet ticket. It could be a side bet with a friend of his for all we know but I would still need to see proof to believe it.
