I don't think Caldwell should have been fired. I just think that Irsay is hell bent on wanting to completely change up the team.

Dolphins hire Joe Philbin, the OC from Green Bay, after they talked to him twice last week. I like the hire for them, and the video in the article makes it seem like it's a ploy to get Matt Flynn during the offseason.

It was time, if 2-14 doesnt get you fired....what does? I really hope we get someone with some fire. I really liked Dungy, but we have had zero fire on the sidelines for a long time

Raheem Morris shouldn't been fired. Their front office is in bad shape. Off the field issues lead to on the field. Raheem could only do so much with the players they gave him on defense. Going up against Cam, Drew and Matty in the same division. They made their entire defense look bad. Young team, hopefully they can turn it around.

Yeah..I'm wondering what's going on with the Bucs....it seems like everyone is so skeptical to take the job...ownership doesn't seem bad...wonder how deep the problem really is..

Looks like the Raiders are going to go with (Broncos defensive coordinator) Dennis Allen as their new head coach.

Greg Schiano to coach the Bucs!

I love it. I think this could be fun down in Tampa.

Schiano's hiring came out of nowhere. Everyone thought that Sherman was going to get the job since he was interviewed twice.

That's actually good news for the Dolphins. They will pick up Sherman as their offensive coordinator now.

From Chip Kelly to Greg Schiano? I really don't get it.

I was shocked when Schiano was hired as well, but I'm going to wait to see what the guy can do. Just because I don't know him doesn't mean that he can't succeed.

Greg Manusky lands as the Colts new DC. His recent resume: SF defense got significantly better after he left, SD defense got significantly worse. Plus he's a 3-4 guy going to a team that literally does not have one single player that fits that scheme.

Pagano is a 3-4 guy. He wanted someone to come run his scheme for him.
