Jets just signed Hayden Smith, watch out world. Jets seem to love to get one of those Rugby players every now and then, apparently we want to try him out at TE.
Jazz: Under reconstruction, we'll be back.

He's just there so HBO can give him 7 minutes of coverage on Hard Knocks.

Bell signed in Philly and the 5-year length means he is the long-term solution. Scratch the drafting of a tackle in the first two rounds. I bet they still take one but more of a later-round depth guy like a Lamar Holmes or Tom Compton.

Not good outlook for Peters in Philly. His contract balloons back out after this year, cap hits over $10M in 13 and 14 and Bell is younger/cheaper. It will only cost $900K to cut him after this year.
It's not whether you win or lose, it's how good you look playing the game

With Peters coming off of an injury, I wouldn't be surprised if he restructures his contract to remain with the Eagles.

He maybe cheaper, but If Peters can get back to even to 90%, he will still be one of the best LT's in the game.and you cant just release that for a "good" LT. Even if Mudd makes him into a very good tackle, it will be a nice problem to have.

I think the only good thing about the injury is the timing. If it is healing properly there maybe a small chance he can play at the end of this season. if not you have another summer to check out how it heals.

I do see a structuring of his contract to stay. But what do I know.:)
