What division is better, the AFC West or NFC East?

Both divisions have all competitive teams.

Afc west sucks. KC ,SD are tax write off teams that never do anything.

Head to head the only team from the NFC east that wouldn't lose to any of the AFC west teams would be probably be Dallas.

I hate to admit it, but I currently still believe the AFC West might be better. I still have a feeling they could still get 3 teams into the big dance at the end of the year. With the Cowboy defense being so, so, we could lose to any of those high powered offenses in that division. And the Broncos are still the Champions till someone beats them in the playoffs. I'm old school and still believe in that way of thinking.

It's a toss up to me. I voted NFC East but I can justify taking the AFC West. I know this. No one would have picked these two divisions when talking about the "best" prior to Week 1. Even the biggest knucklehead on this site.

I did post somewhere a few weeks ago that it wouldn't surprise me if 3 teams from the AFC West made the playoffs. And there was a knuckle head that said it wouldn't happen because the Bills, Ravens and Colts would make that a non factor, lol.

I think many thought the AFC West would be tough, but definitely not the NFC East. And just when I thought that maybe Philly isn't quite as good as maybe I thought they were, they manhandle the only undefeated team.

I wouldn't exactly call it a manhandling. Vikings looked like the Steelers a few weeks ago and forgot to show up. But the Eagles did expose the Vikings major weakness, their O-line. So bad to the point they made the Vikings so one dementional they were able to tee off on Bradford. This may be the achillies heel for the Vikings if they don't get it fixed quick, no matter how good their defense is.

If the season ended today, they would get three in.
