Zero chance someone gives up a top 10 pick for Amari Cooper by himself. That's not how the NFL works. You don't see top 10 picks being dealt in the NFL without firsts coming in return. The salary savings and physical prime years are too important to NFL teams.
Jerry is not only GM or owner who'll take a chance come late season. As for picks, no way we'll give up 1 or 2, we'll have top five worst record. Amari and third for chip thirsty team can work.
Edited, before you come back with details again. We'll take short term trash contact that has buyout in it ( with no dead cap ). We spend heavy.
Amari Cooper has not had a single statistically elite season in his career. You're expecting a team, in giving up a top 10 pick, to give up elite value. But, by all means, show me all of these teams that are drafting in the top 10 that are "ship thirsty."
Here's your top 10 draft order at current.
New York Jets
Washington Football Team
New York Giants
Atlanta Falcons
Jacksonville Jaguars
Minnesota Vikings
Miami Dolphins
LA Chargers
Philadelphia Eagles
Cincinnati
