Choking Chargers at it again !!!!

They didn't really choke anything. They were never really in the game. Broncos are not bad though.

Disappointing though. They lost to the Broncos as bad as the Cowboys did, though not at home like the the Cowboys did, so at least they still get a shot at Denver at home.

Denver owns you guys. And if the Cowboys can win in Los Angeles I'm sure the Broncos can to with Teddy check down. So you still consider L.A your home? That's a good one. Every time I see a Chargers game I see more of the fans from the other team in your stadium which you guys can't fill.

Well what do you pull for? Its for sure not making this forum any better. This forum has gone down hill and gotten worse the last 3 years and you and realgm have done nothing to grow or make it better. Maybe if you held yourself more accountable for things we wouldn't be in this spot today. After 7 years I'm not impressed. You play favorites and never hold those accountable with just a hand slap, you chased others away you simply don't like or agree with with suspending them or banishment, you didn't do your job and allowed a poster last year to make continuous threats, homophobic remarks, show dick pictures, etc., sending many good and fun posters away and most importantly, you don't hold yourself to the same standard you expect from all the posters you get to judge. Its really sad it has come to this point and if I cared as much about this as I used to, I feel this would be a matter that needs attention from Howard to look into.

I don't need a response from you with one of your childish pop shots regarding this matter. now that you guys have chased jack away from the fantasy league and forum for the rest of the year I have decided to leave the forum and move on after this season, if not before depending on how things go.

OK, feel free to leave. You trash talk as much as anyone...bash and troll regarding other teams non stop, etc, and became a different poster after you got a warning long ago...taking it personally.

The user with those reports got continuous warnings and a ban. And I believe a second one after trying to come back. It's not an easy forum to grow and I have advertised it on other forums, in my sig, etc.

I doubt I'm really chasing away too many people but gotta do the job.

I seriously doubt I am chasing Jack from fantasy. He told me why he might leave. I wasn't even sure I would continue. I'm sure he is also down due to the Seahawks season.

Well that was a very defensive, insecure and misleading post. When did you become a Republican? I noticed you neglected to admit your part in all this when you allowed a poster to run rough shot all over the general forum for over 12 weeks last year before admitting to me in a pm you were wrong in letting it go way too far. I guess making homophobic remarks and posting dick pictures with a giant condom over it was just your way of showing favoritism because your a Cowboy hater and it would make the general forum a much better place in the future. That pretty much told me if you are a gay person, this forum is not for you. Look, I find you extremely knowledgeble, smart as a whip, but that doesn't make you a fair or a good person.

I can be stretched a little thin, moderate many forums, have a real job that takes a lot of time, and have had to deal with my own medical issues, particularly during that time.

People have other things going on in their life besides this. I have tried to get help here but no one wants to deal with it. Even people who post here.

I had my own arguments with dr3am prior to that, and there is a process for warning people before banning them, one you are supposed to follow, and to completely ban him before trying to reason with him and get him on track is not the way you are supposed to go.

You have been banned yourself on another board for excessive trolling, one I had nothing to do with, and were warned once here for celebrating Carson Wentz' injury. You've been reported multiple times, but I have been lenient with the forum.

You should really address these via PM or if you did want to go to Howard, do that. But if you are that unhappy, maybe it's not the place for you.

The poster you are referring to was banned almost a year ago. Then he came back and was banned 6 months ago. So those things were ultimately addressed. It's not up to me for a full ban anyway, but up to Howard. Not sure why you are bringing him up now.

As for this Chargers exchange, this wasn't something I started, and my responses did not warrant this type of response.
