Even without scandals he wanted out. With the scandals he needs a fresh start but the problem is NFL may still suspend him.
Browns have some big contracts so it's their time now. They will have contracts come up for Chubb soon I would think.
They were suppose to be one of the top contenders last year.
Supposedly Watson had rejected Cleveland earlier because he didn't like northern cities? Maybe the weather?
