It is just you. The man is (by far) the best running back, and arguably the best player, on the planet.

I also don't see what there is to hate about the guy, maybe besides his views on homosexuality, because he goes out and works hard and shows everyone what good rehab/work ethic can get you.

if it makes you feel any better i feel the same way about lebron

calvin johnson gets a td overturned, lions settle for a fg

The first part of this post is fantastic. The second part sucks, mainly because I'm against Purple Jesus in fantasy right now and I need Megatron to have a big day.

There are plenty of people that hate Lebron though, he is polarizing.

With Peterson? Everybody nut hugs the dude, it's pretty annoying. We get it, he's the best RB in the league by far and arguably the best player (probably not since QBs simply have more impact). It doesn't mean you gotta talk about him every second.

I cannot believe a lebron fan said that. I hate the statement in general when it doesn't make sense. Sure nuthugging Tim tebow is annoying cause he's not even in the league, but paying homage to the greatest RB going is wrong?

I know MVP voting is a touchy subject around here, but it was pretty clear that Purple Jesus had more impact on any team than any other player last season. He LITERALLY CARRIED VIKINGS ON HIS BACK DOE.

There have been three safeties today already. Jags on Chiefs, Steelers on Titans and Jets on Bucs.

*breathes*

nothing on vikings second drive - defense is going to be out on the field a lot, need to sustain some drives to give them a break

I just hate the hype he gets. I mean he is surely more deserving of it than like Tebow but it's just annoying. I view the same with RG3 really.

For those of you who didn't see it, here's the safety from Titans/Steelers.

http://deadspin.com/it-took-the-tenness ... 1273411533

And, for those who don't want to click the link and watch the video, it happened on the opening kickoff when Darius Reynaud took the ball at the 1 and then went back into the endzone to kneel it.

It's gunna be a long season in Nashville...

A lot of people expect Gio Bernard to get the majority of the carries as the season goes on. If he can make some noise, that Bengals offense could be very good if Dalton doesn't make a lot of bad throws.
