Anyway, Mekhi Becton is having a career year and he's only on a 1-year deal.

Looks like they'll end up picking mid teens, probably even above Niners, so much for dreams of picking Jeanty or getting load of picks from another team lol.

Won't matter where they draft if Jerry is still the GM and both Prescott and McCarthy return as well. Book it. Lost cause. :wizard:

That’s why your entire thread was a waste of time.
Because Dak is the QB for a while and Jerry isn’t going away.

As would luck have it. Thanks for your input.

He pancake us 6 times last season which was why we got him to pancakes opposing teams. We need to sign him long term since he has been having fun making a difference here.

I smell another SB coming...

Hottest thread in the forum for 2 weeks and running. Not bad for a waste of time. :onfire:

He's having a career year because he was stuck with the Jets playing Tackle.

He just wasn't having fun because of the losing regardless of his play but he can dominate at tackle. It's all about the fun of winning!

Double Whammy time for week 13.

This season's Chiefs reminds me of last season's Eagles winning close games by playing down to their opposition if not worse before it catches up to them. Sometimes its just better to be lucky than good. 13.5 is too much to pass up easy green when it doesn't make any sense why sharp money is pushing the odds so high other than bandwagon swifties with money to burn. Raiders +13.5

Would prefer the Commanders at -1.5 but even at -5.5, it should be an easy win at home against the Titans. This is the game to pick the Commanders to win QB_Eagles, not against Eagles in Philly. Daniels will win ROY as I will collect once it is called.

I also agree about the OL. The rumors that Zack Martin is going to retire this off season. He’s been very average at best this year and he has been injured the last 2 games. The last two games they have been starting TJ Bass and Brock Hoffman at LG and RG. Since that move they have been run blocking MUCH better (although not against strong competition). It will be very interesting to see what moves they make to improve the OL.

Honestly, if you don't have a good OL it doesn't matter who you have at RB.

Ken Walker is one of the better backs but the Hawks have struggled to run the ball consistently because the line has been so putrid.

Saquon is in the MVP conversation this year because of that OL.

That’s my point, the OL is not that far off. They have good young talent on the OL. I expect they will add another couple more young guys and whoever they bring in as HC has to see that Tyler Smith is the best LT on the team. The jury is still out on Guyton. But overall even with Zack Martin retiring the OL will be improved next year. I’m actually more concerned with their WR’s than I am their OL because they have more young talent than at WR.

After CeeDee there’s not much else there. They likely let Brandin Cooks walk, Jalen Tolbert is more of a 4th WR, and Mingo is a project. Things the area I wish they would go into free agency for. They need an established threat opposite CeeDee.

Based on what I've watched Tyler Smith needs to stick at Guard full time. They need to draft a tackle.

No, he was an awful left tackle for the Jets. He led the league in sacks allowed last season. Second in penalties.

Your reading comprehension is not very good my friend. Zack Martin isn’t celebrating that he never won a SB. His fans are also not celebrating that he never won a SB. I’m not sure why that’s so hard for you to understand.

But if he gets inducted into the Cowboys Ring of Honor would that be celebrating a loser?

No, any player being inducted into the ROH is being celebrated as a hard working legendary player. You don’t have to be a champion to be a legendary player. Again not sure why you’re having a hard time understanding that. No one is celebrating that he never won a SB. You and a couple others are trying to convince people that losing in the playoffs is the same as winning a title and I say it’s not. You’re also trying to convince people that losing in round 1 is really any different than losing in round 2, it’s not, you’re both losers. Neither of you is a champion. The “guys” that try to convince you to celebrate losing are the pussy losers.

You might be talking about Tyler Guyton. You’re right about him, he has no business playing LT. Tyler Smith has actually played very well at LT when he’s had a chance. Ultimately though you might be right about them just being better off finding a new LT.

But the result of the 1990s Bills having a lot of hard working legendary players was them reaching 4 consecutive Super Bowls and you dismiss that.

So you count individual achievements (without winning a SB) as worthy of celebration but not team achievements (without winning a SB)?

No, I meant Tyler Smith. He's a better guard than tackle. Guyton is your right tackle going forward.

They need to either sign or draft a left tackle.

They shouldn’t be celebrated as champions because they were not champions. Can’t put it more simple than that.

They were AFC champions 4 years in a row.
