Nothing to explain. Retire this thread. I already miss Mack Brown. :banghead: :ouch:

Luckily we can’t close this thread. It will be open the entire season

Wont' see me in here after today. Bill sucks. And just think, how many of those Cowboy posters were dead set on Bill becoming the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys before Jerry hired Schottie. :falloff:

College is like 90% recruiting. I'm not too familiar with UNC's roster but based on what we saw last night, most of those players look like castoffs.

TCU was clearly the more talented & cohesive team.

Bill is in for a rough ride.

At what point do we have to speak about a bjj curse?

The more he brags about a team on this forum, the worse they lose.

"The feeling is different this year." -> Cowboys blown out by Packers.
Guarantees a Chiefs three-peat. -> Chiefs blown out by Eagles.
Belichick will turn North Carolina into a juggernaut. -> Tar heels blown out by TCU.

Only the Celtics are excepted because they're his home town team.

i don't think we can call this unc thing a curse, it wasn't ever really on the table

you can't turn a college program into a juggernaut overnight and bill just doesn't seem well-suited to the college game. he's a surly, old, ultra-strict disciplinarian. if you aren't keeping these kids happy all the time they'll bolt to the next program
belichick does not seem like the type who wants to be babysitting a hundred college kids 24/7

Just one college kid alone keeps him up all night.

Careful or you're going to end up on bjj's ignore list.

I should bump this thread every few months like bjj used to do with the "Was Mahomes' first Super Bowl win just a fluke?" thread.

Based on this - I think there’s at least a 10% chance he doesn’t finish the year. His legacy is going down the drain.

It’s hard to imagine how wrong you have been. Just a colossal miss of epic proportions. Your football acumen should be questioned from all aspects going forward

Well crap. North Carolina is off this week. I guess I will have to wait till next weeks for us to go on our next winning streak and run the table.
