so we're probably not signing a qb the. assuming we're confident enough for him to step in if mccarthy isn't ready

Just start him against the Eagles and he will throw for 400 yards.

Drop back 30 spots in the 5th and get a backup QB. Ill take it. I actually like Minny only having like 1 top 100 pick in the draft. Much less to worry about Kwesi screwing up an entire draft.

With that said, Id prefer Milroe/Ewers over Howell haha.

Ya this should put an end to any backup QB talk for the Vikings moving forward. Howell is basically just like a younger version of Nick Mullens. A small backup QB that is just a gunner whenever he is out on the field. If he comes in to start for one game. Dont be surprised to see 300+ yards passing. But also 2-3 turnovers as well haha. So ya basically another Nick Mullens.

It finally happened. Also way to completely waste a a 3rd round pick if youre Cleveland. Gabriel has zero shot at being the backup now, the fans and media just wont allow that to happen.

Passing on him not once, twice or thrice, but six times to put a chip on his shoulder and select him anyway. We are so far ahead of the league.

Tigers commentators just talked about the Shedeur prank call and laughed about it.

If Shedeur busts it ain't much of a problem, considering it's only a 5th rounder. It's the Gabriel pick now that makes no sense, but alas, I am used to it. If all else fails, we'll just be back in a year for the Manning sweepstakes.

At least it's finally done. Now we can stop talking about it and get on with the rest.

It's also risky for locker room morale but at least Shedeur has a higher talent-to-hype ratio than Manziel.

I am hoping these past few days have been enough of a humbling for him to understand he needs to earn his position in the league and the team, and not get in on pure nepotism and yelling legendary a bunch of times. If he stays away from rape allegations, from cocaine and the parties, that's already an improvement on our previous QB experiments.

The drama is only beginning. This is basically the worst (or best) situation for him depending on how you look at it. He’s either going to be on the practice squad or potentially starting. I’d rather him sit behind Aaron Rodgers for a year but this is now reality. Cleveland must be thinking he has a major reality check now and is humbled.

I really like the Jaydon Blue pick for Dallas however I think they need to draft another bigger RB. I still would love for them to get one of Damien Martinez, Devin Neal, DJ Giddens, or Ollie Gordon.
