Duke is half your age. It’s you we are worried about. Hope you are eating healthy this evening

I'm glad he put me on ignore so I won't be the cause of his inevitable heart attack.

I’ll say it again. I really want one of those physical freak QBs. But if McCarthy shows to be a freak when it comes to intangibles, team that up with KOC and I’ll be a happy camper.

Dude was so damn good that 4th quarter

Surgical QBs are much more fun to watch

putting a clutch qb on a team that is already uncommonly good in one-score games :o

4 years ago those been fighting words haha. Caleb was my golden goose QB when I thoughthe was on the verge of bringing my Trojans back to being an elite program again. I’ve soured on him a ton since then. He really is the definition of all flash and no substance.

I think Johnson is a very good OC. Not sure he has what it takes to be a HC though. Seems to have a very unique kind of personality

Ya you got a coach that made Cousins and Darnold look like clutch QBs haha. I will say, JJ looked so damn comfortable in the 4th with his back against the wall. That was some pretty QB play for a first time starter on the road, down in the 4th

Caleb is fun to watch imo. He just needs to slow down. The talent is oozing. Ben Johnson did him no favors. Chicago also doesn’t have a running game. Swift is not a starting rb in this leagyeb

He struggles to play on time. His accuracy tonight was woeful. He was missing layups all night. I have real reservations about him.

He looked like a starting RB with the Eagles OL.

Yup and this isn’t a one thing. This has always been Caleb’s issue. He’s just not a good QB in structure. Out of structure he can look like a faster Mahomes. He’s got the arm angles, he has a rocket of an arm, his highlight plays are ridiculously good.

This issue is all the simple things. 3 step drops and fire, consistent foot work and delivery mechanics. He’s just flat out awful at all that stuff. This is what teams did to him his 2nd year at USC. Just played a ton of contain in the line, zone him and make him pick apart your defense. And he just couldn’t do it. The hope was after the draft you could teach him up on this. But the issue is, he’s just so far behind on these things and they all stick out even more at this level.

Apparently, he's also a pain in the ass to coach. The guy's personality sucks.

If that one report that came out recently is even half true. The dude won’t be in the league in 5 years. If he has a bad year this year, his seat is going to get hot. And he’ll only have 1 more year before the Bears move on from him. I mean just look at Bryce Young. He’s in year 3 and it seems like he’s barely hanging onto being a starter in this league. And that dude is supposed to be the ultimate A+ guy off the field and to coach

I need to see him with a competent run game. The Bears have by far the worst running game in the league. And no offense to Jack but Rome is looking like a borderline bust. The man cannot separate. He reminds me of OJ McDuffie out there which is fine but he can't run. The skill positions are not good.

Haha same here. I was reading all of it and thinking to myself, “this sounds crazy, but I can definitely see Caleb acting like this”.

Like I do think there is a legit reason why the Caleb hype and talk has completely died in just 1 year. I think everyone in the know has heard all the horror stories and just don’t think highly of him anymore.

Going into his last year at USC, he was being talked about as this generational prospect (I may have thrown around that term with him a few times haha). And now he’s kind of just forgotten about

They have more than enough playmakers. Caleb IS the problem.
