Really?

I see him being the 4th QB taken. I think he'll end up going somewhere in the teens. Some team will take a chance on him because of the upside. But he's still 2 years away. You can't play him year one.

Obviously a project but his comp is Josh Allen…I just don’t think Bryce or CJ or Levis are good enough to go before him with that upside.

Yeah, I don't see Josh Allen. Cam actually gets thrown around a lot with him. That kind of athlete.

He's still a long ways away from being a starting caliber QB though. His footwork & mechanics need to be fixed. He's the furthest away out of all the QB's when it comes to reading & understanding coverages and just knowing how to play the position. I'm telling ya...

Well Allen’s comp was Cam…

I just think teams want mobile players now. They saw the blue print in hurts. They think they can mold.

I’ve seen AR15 play quite a bit. I think the odds of him being an all pro is like 20%. But it’s a copy car league that’s what I’m basing it off…

I am betting $200 for him to go #1 overall (odds are 1:4700)

There's zero chance of him going first before Young lol.

The other three guys could start almost right away. Levis has some rough edges to his game. But he played in a pro style offense at Kentucky. Plus he has all the physical characteristics that teams look for. Someone will take him in the first 15 picks. I don't think he would fall to pick 20.

Richardson meanwhile is the most polarizing prospect by far. I could see him go anywhere from the middle-late 1st round.

Did you see the picture or Young next to Mina Kimes? I’m telling you…teams are going to be spooked. He’s 5’10 and 170.

Heard McShay compare Young to a mini Mahomes.

Hmm, Mahomes hasn't been injured that much and he usually just makes plays out of the pocket. But this postseason has shown he can absolutely make all the throws from the pocket.

Can Young even see over his linemen? Does he make plays out of the pocket a lot?

Another question is how long a leash he will be given. If he starts out like Trevor or Zach Wilson, will teams stick with him or pull the plug, as the Jets apparently have done with Wilson, the #2 pick of his draft.

Which college QBs consistently throw with anticipation? Some of the elite WRs get so much separation so quickly that it's a turkey shoot.

Comparing TLaw to Wilson at this point is kind of insulting

One had a bad year (relative to expectations) his rookie year, but then made massive steps his 2nd year

The other had a bad year his rookie year, but then arguably got worse

Comparison: TLaw in 17 games his rookie year:

3641 yards, 59.6% completion 12 TDs, 17 INTs, 2.0 TD%, 2.8 INT%, 214.2 Y/G, 71.9 Rating, 33.5 QBR

Wilson in 22 games in his career:

4022 yards, 55.2% completion, 15 TDs, 18 INTs, 2.4 TD%, 2.9 INT%, 182.8 Y/G, 70.9 Rating, 31.6 QBR (this is an estimate, pro-football-ref doesn't do multi-year QBR averages)

Zach Wilson's entire career is comparable to TLaw's bad rookie year. If you take into account his sophomore year, it's not even close.
BaF Lakers:

Nikola Topic/Kasparas Jakucionis
VJ Edgecombe/Jrue Holiday
Shaedon Sharpe/Cedric Coward
Kyle Filipowski/Collin Murray-Boyles
Alex Sarr/Clint Capela

My point wasn't to compare their careers thus far. My point was to compare them as very high draft picks who started out much slower, probably below expectations.

Jets already cut bait on Wilson. Who knows where Trevor would be if Jags didn't hire Peterson? I don't think they'd have given up on him since he was hailed as a generational prospect, best since Luck. But he might not have improved as much as he did over the course of this past season.

Certainly not happy to be right about that. Hopefully he goes back into rehab.

Looks like my favorite DT in this upcoming draft, Jaylen Carter, is in some trouble this morning.

I’m still going with AR as QB1 if he runs below a 4.5 and Bryce weighs 190 lbs

I've known this kid throughout his HS career at 1 of the Local Powerhouses in football. He was all that and more. Similar to what is seen at Alabama. I just cannot answer the height and weight question as it pertains to the NFL. Because it is a real question and should be seriously considered.
But from what I known and have seen from this kid, he has all the Tools he needs and is required Upstairs in his Headspace. I just cannot definitely answer the physical question.
