Kyler's short stature is the reason he is able to change directions in a snap and have a sudden burst of speed in the opposite direction. Like 5'8" Barry Sanders. That is the advantage of being short, it's like chasing a mouse around for others.
That said, he's only 1 inch shorter than Wilson and if both of them want to have long term success they have to be able to dominate as just a pocket passer. I suspect Kyler will struggle at that, but for now he can still dominate by breaking ankles.

his pocket presence isnt very good he was exposed big time in the 2nd half of season.

Unfollowed? He ain't built for any other system. Put him in a Tom Brady style offense, he'll get booed out of the stadium. The Ego has got to give way to reason.
2 years ago, no playoffs. Last year playoffs. Just stay the course and add upgrades in key areas.

Maybe he didn't get a good opening offer for his extension.
Or they evaluated his playoff performance and gave him a blunt assessment.

The Arizona Cardinals and franchise quarterback Kyler Murray are at odds after a season that began with promise ended with a thud in the first round of the playoffs.
Murray, who scrubbed any reference of the Cardinals from his Instagram account recently, is frustrated with the franchise and was embarrassed by the team's 34-11 playoff loss to the Los Angeles Rams, and he thinks he has been made the scapegoat, sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen.
The Cardinals have their own concerns about Murray, with sources describing the 2019 No. 1 overall pick as self-centered, immature and someone who points fingers.

Maybe they should figure out some sort of deal to send him to Houston and get Watson.

This is a very good point. Hes due to big time Pay Check. And in a world of Spin. And in a world where the Arizona Cardinals ownership is notorious for Cheap. They might be trying to Spin their way out of a pay day, and win the minds and sway public opinion, over a guy they don't want to pay. And if THEY LOSE this guy, they can point and say , See, its his fault. He has character flaws. Bravo for recognizing this realistic possibility

I think he's done long term out here. There's a ton of local reports questioning his leadership + immaturity. I honestly never liked him. I don't think he's a leader and he has a huge vibe of someone whose **** doesn't stink. I thought that initially from his One Pizza Review before he was drafted and his interview with Dan Patrick before the draft.

Who were their QBs before Murray?
And how many years since Warner was there and got them into the playoffs?
They already squandered a FRP on Rosen so they have to try to make it work with Murray.
But it's understandable that the team would try to get him to sign a team-friendly deal. Either less money per year or some deal where they can get out of it in a couple of seasons if Murray doesn't lead the team into deep playoff runs.

True. He wants money. Team does not want to give him, the Money he's asking for. Simple. But he was mature last year. He was mature at 10 and 0. He is mature now. But if he doesn't want to sign for less, that's regular negotiations. Not a sign of immaturity

Kyler Murray's agent wrote a long letter asking for a long contract for Kyler and that the Cards improve the team.
Hmm, so the Cards are balking at a long-term deal or one without team-friendly exits after a couple of years?
Must be why he seems to have soured on the team.
Makes sense that they'd want the option to get out of a deal with minimal or no cap hit but with some QBs getting over $40 million a year, some players are going to be salty if they don't get one of those deals.
Or maybe the Cards really lowballed him because they could tag him for a couple of seasons.
It's not ideal but the tag number has to be something in the range of $30 million right? Worst case scenario, he gets tagged, has a career-ending injury, and he won't ever see a dime more than the $30 million for the tag year and whatever he's made so far.
It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world but he was probably expecting to get one of the $200 million contracts and then another one after that.

This is what the Brothas be complaining about. Its a contract dispute.
But for Arizona to lead out with, HES IMMATURE. That is an obvious play to lower and drop his value and denigrate his character. Killing all others who would make a play for his services. Saying he's not worth the headache, because he's a cancer.
BUT ALL ALONG IT WAS ALL ABOUT MONEY. A contract dispute. Thats why the Brotha be complaining about THE MAN, and his tactics in negotiations

The Cards are going to pay him whatever he wants because of committing to him and dumping Rosen so fast and that Murray could go off and go play baseball where he got drafted in the first round. However, all the second half struggles the last couple of seasons and him wanting out in the game against the Rams plus that report from Mort all are red flags

Too much money for him imho. Not a fan of the Cardinals so I'm glad they over paid. We have already seen his ceiling.
