He's not completely washed. You just can't ask him to carry the load. He's been at his best when he's had a strong run game to lean on. If you ask him to throw it 40+ times he won't be very efficient.

No Russ is not a starter at this point in his career. Throw some money at Darnold, if not they need to find their long term solution at quarterback, cant keep going with these retreads.
