I mean, it's possible. And if if happens you can bump this thread and show off your football IQ. But I do not think that will happen.

What's your Top 10?

What's yours troll? :P

1. Josh Allen
2. Patrick Mahomes
3. Lamar Jackson
4. Joe Burrow
5. Jalen Hurts
6. Jayden Daniels
7. Brock Purdy
8. Justin Herbert
9. Baker Mayfield

The biggest offender is Hurts at #5

Hurts deserves top-10 maybe, because he is great on his feet. But not #5. Only 18 TD passes. That is like 1 a game. need more than that.

I applaud the Mayfield addition. Mayfield had a tremendous 2024 and deserves recognition for it.

You can’t be a top 10 QB in the NFL without ever taking a regular season snap.

For what it’s worth, I left all 2nd year guys off my list. You need to have more than 1 good season to be considered a top 10 QB in my book.

Does the sophomore jinx invade Jayden Daniels like just about everyone else.

If history has anything to say about it, yes.

This is something I think people don't want to acknowledge

Lamar Jackson: pass TD - 41; INTs - 4; Yards per Pass - 8.8; Passing Yards - 4,172; Rating - 119.6; Rushing Yards - 915; Rushing TDs - 4; Total TDs - 44

This is just a ridiculous year. The TD to INT ratio is nuts, and he was a dominant rusher as well. He was robbed of MVP, and Andrews dropped the ball. He is only 28 which is coming into prime age for QBs too. Why does no one want to give this guy cred?

You didn't expect anyone to have your boy in the top 10 when he hasn't even played a down yet. Come on. :gossip:

just making the observation that since no one put him in their top 10, he must be everyone's #11

Again, he’s barely in year two. Technically year 1 considering he didn’t play last year. I think he has something but he has to prove it first. Then he has to do it again before he deserves to be on anyone’s top 10 list.

4. Hurts
5. Mahomes

Roll a dice on who the other 5 should be or the other 27, for that matter.

Playoff clutchness factors into my list that's why Dak isn't on it and Lamar is 3rd.

1-2 years ago I would have added Stafford but I fear age is catching up to him like it did with Rodgers.

Not only is Lamar is the best qb in the league right now, but he's the most dangerous weapon in all of football. The 4 interceptions that he threw last season weren't even his fault, three came off the receivers hand and the other coming because the receiver didn't finish his route. Dude is quite literally a cheat code.

Don't understand how you can even say that. We hear this every year before and early in the season, year after year. Like 8 years now. How can the most dangerous weapon and best QB in the league chose so bad and always fall up short and not get it done in the playoffs? :noway:

Burrow puts up huge numbers because his defense is awful and he has by far the best receivers in the league. Put Mahomes in that situation and he's throwing for 5500 yards.

All I know if Mahomes has struggled against two high safety coverages, his inconsistencies in the deep/intermediate passing game have been glaring the last couple seasons. Number of turnover worthy plays has also gone up and that's after all the interceptions and fumbles that get overturned because of bogus penalties. Dude is overrated in my eyes.

His fault that Andrews couldn't hold onto the ball right?
