But I can´t see the Giants´running game anymore, this is ridiculous. Let´s hope they overpay Bell next offseason like they did with Vernon and Jenkins this year

We will see... I'll feel a lot better after we get through the next two games at Pittsburgh and here against the Ravens. Far sterner tests than that ridiculous Browns defense.
Are you aware that the Ravens are the only team in the NFL that we have not beaten?

I am. I'm also aware we haven't had a lot of luck against the Steelers in the Big Ben era (won in 2012 in OT - lost the other two). These two games are pretty important in the big picture.

This game vs. the Steelers, is where we find out the areas we will be attacking in the upcoming draft. Big Ben, Bell and Brown will more than test and find the weaknesses in our defense. I'm sure after getting spanked by the Ravens so badly, they will be pumped this week. However, on the other hand, their defense is so pourous, maybe we dominate time of possesion so badly that they are playing catch up all game. maybe the Cowboys are better than we think? All I know is our defense will get a hell of a test and we will know where are resources will go in the upcoming draft. (unless Jerry gets back out of his locked cage to draft another TE or draft another Johnny Manzel).

My poking fun had nothing to do with Rico Gathers, lol. I was mocking a draft we did a few years ago.

If the Cowboys win this week, I feel we will be the number 1 seed.

Still think Eagles with Wentz are the most dangerous team in division. It's a long season. Cowboys season almost always turns out mediocre. Cowboys = 9-7 this year.
The Eagles be right there with the Cowboys all season. The division is going to come down to that last game. There's still a lot of football to be played though. A lot can happen between now and then. Will Wentz and Dak hit the rookie wall? Will Romo get the starting job back at some point? Still a long way to go.
The way Romo is whipping it up in practice this week, its starting to feel like we will see him sooner than later, despite if we keep winning or not.

I'm thinking on Thanksgiving. I also wouldn't be surprised if he gets in at the end of the next two games if the Cowboys are up big.

Re: NFC East
In that scenario, I would love Romo to come in and get some regular season reps. I just don't think we will be up big the next 2 games. Steelers and Ravens are fighting for their lives. We would have to bring it up another level on offense. We still have 3 players out on defense, and one I hope, they cut immediately. Who knows though. Pittsburgh has such a horrible defense there is possibility we could get up big enough for Romo to come in and do some mop up duty late in the game.

The Ravens defense is good but their offense is atrocious, especially their OL. They are really banged up on the OL and I think the defense could actually win that game for us.

The Steelers have been so up and down this year and the fact that it was divisional game I'm not too surprised they got beat by the Ravens. Like I said the Ravens defense is still pretty good.

Was shaky at times but another really impressive home win by us.

I guess that means the Cowboys are going 1 - 6 the rest of the way. It ain't happening.

I still can´t believe the Eagles gave away Jackson, McCoy and Maclin for (nearly) nothing. As Giants fan it´s cool but Chip Kelly cost them at least two seasons with his transactions...

We didn't give Maclin away, he left in FA. The McCoy trade ended up helping us get Wentz. So it was only Jackson who we really gave up for nothing. And while all three of them are great players, what did they win us exactly?

Doubt Maclin would´ve signed with the Chiefs if the Eagles would´ve matched the offer (only my personal opinion).
They didn´t win you anything but I´d rather have McCoy and Jackson (and Maclin) instead of Sproles, Matthews and Agholor. Releasing DeSean Jackson was a weird move, period.
And regarding that 8th pick: There were other possibilities to get the 2nd pick and Wentz is a stud, no doubt about that but McCoy isn´t a bad player as well...
