How do you not know as a kick returner that touching it makes it a live ball?

Ya right? Like you’d think that would be one of the first things they talk about in training camp for special teams. Like knowing if the ball is alive or not is kind of a big time rule to know

I just remembered touching doesn't even matter on kickoff if the ball travels 10 yards. So it's even more stupid.
