Me too. They probably should’ve cut him but now they are pretending he’s injured I guess. Any reason to get him off the team works

Jerry says the Cowboys are better team than they were last year. :falloff: :falloff: :falloff: Here we go !!!! If Dallas wins week 1 the Super Bowl hype will start again.

There probably are enough delusional fans out there to make some noise but I really feel the majority of Cowboys fans aren’t drinking the cool aid anymore.

The kool aid will come in once we start out 5-2 or whatever. Nothing to do with Jerry.

There has never at any point in time been a huge base that buys into Jerry's comments. Since the inception of social media, when Jerry's name comes up I already know it's going to be all negative. It's so overwhelming that Jerry can't even say the team is going to be good without the BJJs doing back flips. As though Jerry is supposed to say the team is going to suck.

     O.k., whatever you say. The huge Cowboy fan base that has never bought into any of Jerry's comments are the original/Old guard Cowboy fans. And based on the past 29 years it appears we all have been right about Jerry all along. For you its different. Jerry is your daddy because you have nothing else to compare it to. You, the younger generation Cowboy fans and current players still do not know what wearing the star on the helmet really means. Ever since Jerry run Jimmy out of town, all he and the new generation Cowboy fans have been doing is pissing all over star, the Cowboy tradition and way, and all the legendary players that came before you all that actually made the Dallas Cowboys America's Team. Jerry, Dak, McCarthy and a different part of the fan base has made us one of the biggest laughing stocks of the NFL come playoff time. Jerry however is the constant common denominator since he ran Jimmy out the door, and his way of doing things along with his leadership and culture he provides is making it very hard to be proud of being a Cowboy fan after 54 years.

I know I posted this a couple months ago, but going into this season still feels like the 1986-89 years when we had no hope at all going into the season.

I'm sorry the good ol' days are gone but that huge crowd of young Jerry supporters doesn't exist, and even if it did they wouldn't be the reason anything is the way it is. I guess if it helps you to cope to pretend that young fans voted Jerry into office or something go ahead.

If you can't see what has been right in front of your face all these years I really don't know what to tell you anymore. Yes the good ole days are gone but it doesn't take 29 years to rebuild either.

What isn't in front of either of our faces is a crowd of young enthusiastic Jerry Jones fans.

Yeah he owns the team. And when he dies his son Stephen will own the team. Telling us the Cowboys are good and stuff. Be in acceptance and move on man. Or just be a KC fan. The thing you got going on where you've been pulling your hair out since Jimmy got fired? It's bad for your health.

Then don't expect the culture and leadership to change as the cancer continues to grow.
