Their injury problems are almost unbelievable. It never fails...the whole season again? He was out almost all of last season. Then Mike Williams probably will miss a few weeks.

Hopefully the OL will be healthy, and they can avoid any more injuries to major players.

We still having the pig skin pick em this year?

It's weird...you are the first person to ask. Usually Howard starts bugging me about it well over a month before the season and others ask. That makes me think participation would be down. I wouldn't mind doing it but at this point we only have a week.

out of all the things I do, pig skin pick em is the most challenging. Last year I had my best year betting with lines, teases, parlays, etc,. I've done very well with fantasy the past 6 years, however the past two years I've struggled a lot. I guess it's being forced to bet on games you would never even consider betting on in real life. Still find it extremely challenging though and fun because many of the guys that don't post in here much anymore, usually show up for that.

OK, it's set up. It will be interesting to see how many participants we get. I emailed last year's participants from that league page in espn, which was 41 people (though there were probably only 20-25 still active by year end).

However, Howard always wanted me to post the thread like a month before the season and I kind of always felt that might make people that wanted to sign up not do it immediately, so would put it off, and maybe forget to sign up at all.

I also think it might help that there are far more users on the forums right now than a usual September since the playoffs are going on...typically it's pretty dead right now, after the draft and free agency.

lowkey wish BOB was still on the Texans just so I could see him trade Fuller for a Marcedes Lewis and a 7th round pick

They see it. And thats what counts. Now Dunlap? Absolute beast a few years ago. So I wanna see how much juice he last left in the tank. I know the other teams in the division have dudes that are putting the fear in QBs. This is a solid move by the seahawks

I wonder how much we’ll get for jj if we trade him...since easterbunny is pretty much in charge now and how involved he was before I still think we’ll get ripped off

I don’t know if we’ll trade him because of how much he means to houston, but we need to do something to get some picks

With griffin and Dunlap getting 6 and 7s though I don’t know what jj would fetch anyways

JJ is getting up in age too. You might be able to get a 3rd/4th for him. If I was Houston, I would just hang onto him. Unless I can get like a 2nd. But I don't think that's realistic.

I just posted on a Texans board we should just hold on to him because of how much he means to houston unless he asks out or we send him to the Packers or Steelers to be with his brothers...if someone offers us a second though I think we have to take it since WE DONT HAVE ONE
