Geno deserves some of the blame there but BAD play call by Chip Kelly & oline didn't help either.

Yeah, I don't think Chip has been very good so far. I thought it was a questionable hire.

Mac Jones can’t even walk right now, he’s doing an impressive job these past weeks. He probably just secured his next contract as a starting middle of the pack QB in the league.

That said, Baker Mayfield is that dude. Unless the name is Mahomes/Allen, he’s best QB after those two. Burrow and Jackson are both down with their teams likely not making the playoffs.

I’d say top 3. Lamar Jackson and Joe Burrow are injured and I don’t think their teams will turn their seasons around to make the playoffs. Jared Goff and Matthew Stafford are on that tier too, but I’d give Baker the edge due to the offensive weapons LA & Detroit have.

I may have to see more of Drake Maye (nice game last week). Perhaps my opinion changes after a meaningful playoff run.

The only players on Baker’s tier is Goff (Detroit), Stafford (LA Rams), and Prescott (Dallas, defense playing like ass).

You keep putting these Chiefs on a pedestal. You realize they won 10 of their 15 games last season by 1 possession? Largely due to favorable ref whistles.

If you take away the ref 'luck' the Chiefs wouldn't have even made the playoffs last season. But the NFL wanted to drive that 3peat narrative, since it's never happened in the history of the league.
